Return & Exchange Policy

Returns / Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using your local postal service with a standard delivery option and keeping proof of postage until we confirm receipt of your return.

Items must be returned within 4 to 7 days of receiving your order, including the return transit time. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or have noticeable odors. Any item that fails this inspection will be sent back to you.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you want to exchange an item for a different size, please clearly mention the required size when contacting us.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our customer support at ironnestpk@gmail.com with a short description of the issue, where it appears, and include a photo if possible. In some cases, it may not be necessary to return the faulty item. We will review each case individually.

Faulty item claims must be made within 4 to 7 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will be treated as normal wear and tear and may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Processing & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the next step. Exchanges will be shipped using standard delivery service. Exchanges are only allowed for items of equal value.

A handling charge of PKR 250 applies to exchanges during both regular and sale periods.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.

Returns and exchanges are usually processed within 2–4 business days, but during sale seasons this may extend to 6–8 business days due to high volume.

Out-of-Stock Items

If your requested replacement item is unavailable, Ironnestpk reserves the right to issue a refund or store credit equal to the original product value, provided all other return conditions are met.

Responsibility

Until your return reaches our warehouse, it remains your responsibility. Please ensure items are securely packaged and traceable.
